These overhead “power and free” conveyors are made to handle loads from 1 kg to 5000 kgs and more, in various  industries  such as  surface treatment, automotive and agribusiness.

BR range includes 5 sizes of conveyor according to the loads

  • • BR 32 for loads up to 100 kg on 2 trolleys
  • • BR 3 for loads up to 400 kg on 2 trolleys
  • • BR 4 for loads up to 1 000 kg on 2 trolleys
  • • BR 446  for loads up to 2 000 kg on 2 trolleys(circuit -200m)
  • • BR 466  for loads up to​ 2 000 kg on 2 trolleys(circuit -500m)

These values can fluctuate depending on the type of circuit and loads.
Same load bar can also include 3 or 4 trolleys (and more) thus increasing​ the load capacity of the conveyor.

The techniques we have developed allow traffic through narrow spaces for loads up to 18 meters long and about 7 tons maximum.

For loads from 7 to 10 tons, we at your disposal for more specific handling systems (contact us).

Our change direction with one side chain system allows to restart a load at 180° in small spaces with a single chain pull, giving this technique an absolute reliability unlike other types of conveyor.
